Hong Kong Scrabble Players Association previously set up a Qualification Mechanism to qualify one Hong Kong representative to the virtual WESPA Championship 2021. Subsequently, HKSPA was informed by the organiser that there are extra spots available at WESPAC 2021. Hong Kong is eligible to field two additional players.
Brian PO will be representing Hong Kong in the tournament as he qualified via the Qualifier previously. He will participate in the tournament together with Thomson LAW Long Yin and Douglas TSANG, who have expressed interest to take up the additional spots.
