Hong Kong Scrabble Championship 2021

The supreme Scrabble experience exclusively for Hong Kongers!

HKSPA is organising the Hong Kong Scrabble Championship to select the official Hong Kong Scrabble Champion for the year 2021.

The Championship is only open to HKSPA individual members with Hong Kong representation statuses defined under the Hong Kong Player Statuses Regulation. Qualified Hong Kong players from all ages can enter the competition.

In order to reduce the risk of the outspread of the coronavirus, we will introduce a qualifying mechanism to the tournament so that the number of players playing in the tournament is controlled to a limited number. The tournament will be a two-day tournament on 29 and 30 May 2021 (Saturday and Sunday).

As a non-profit organisation, we will be collecting entry fee to cover the costs of running this prestigious tournament.

Players will be competing for the title of Hong Kong Scrabble Champion and the Lion Rock Trophy. Apart from the Lion Rock Trophy, players may also compete for Individual Awards (including ranking awards and youth awards). For more details, please refer to the entry handout.
