In view of the potential outbreak of coronavirus from Wuhan, China, the Inter-School Scrabble Championship originally scheduled on 14 March 2020 will be postponed. The revised details of the Championship will be announced in due course. We hope to organise this year’s Championship in summer.

The workshop for the Championship will be replaced by an online video as announced in our previous announcement relating to the 5^th Joint-School Scrabble Tournament for Novices. Participating schools and students will be notified of the details later.

All Scrabble players are advised to stay at home and take precautions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus from Wuhan, China.

全港校際Scrabble大賽2020延期舉行

基於武漢肺炎有爆發的風險，原定於本年3月14日舉行的全港校際Scrabble大賽2020將會延期，請密切留意本會的公佈，本會希望於本年夏天重新舉辦本年度的全港校際Scrabble大賽。

由於早前已宣佈取消是次比賽的工作坊，本會將會提供網上工作坊取代，已報名參加的學校及學生亦請留意本會公佈。

本會建議所有Scrabble玩家如非必要請留在家中，做足措施預防武漢肺炎爆發。
